Returns + Exchanges
At Grooves & Grain we work hard to make our products of the highest quality. Please keep in mind that all goods are made by hand with genuine recycled leather. Please refer to our “The Leather” page for more information.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order upon arrival please contact us, and we will work with you to come to a reasonable solution. We want you to love what you buy!
All Sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refunds, credits or exchanges.
All Sale promotions are not eligible before the sale has started or after it has ended. All sale promotions cannot be added to the order after the order has been placed. Once the sale is over products will go back to their full price.
We work hard to fulfill orders and respond to emails in a timely manner. We still ask for your patience and allow up to 24-48 hours from the time you order for processing.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped. If you fail to receive a confirmation or tracking information email please contact us at: email@example.com
All made to order items are Final Sale. Custom orders and deposits are non refundable.
All International Orders are Final Sale
All discounted or sale items are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
The following is applicable for USA customers only.
We do not accept any returns on our items. We will however work with you if you are not satisfied with your order, and exchange it for something you are happy with.
We will accept exchanges on items that remain in their original condition unused & undamaged.
Considering the above, if you are not happy with your item and your purchase is within the before mentioned guidelines, please contact us via email to explain your issue within 7 days of your package arriving (recorded by tracking delivery date). If your return is approved we will provide you with a shipping address.
A return tracking number must be provided to us, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your return has been approved.
Products that appear to be used will not be accepted and sent back to you.
All accepted and denied returns remain at the discretion of Grooves & Grain.
Please note, the customer is financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable to either party. Reminder that a return tracking number must be provided, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.
